DMH Truck & Metal Polishing ensures the privacy of all clients and will not disclose their personal information and/or details to any third party.

DMH Truck & Metal Polishing will always have photos recorded on your file but do also post their work on social media platforms. We understand not everyone would like to have their vehicles displayed online. If this is the case, please notify us at the time of booking or drop off.

As you are paying for DMH Truck & Metal Polishing's time and expenses used to provide your service, there is no refunds for any reason. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours to ensure your concerns are addressed.

Bank deposit, Eftpos or cash are available. Please bare in mind we do not keep a till on site, so if you chose to pay in cash, please bring the correct quoted amount.

Invoices are given on completion and payment is due within 7 days post completion of work. Overdue fees may be added to invoice if not paid by due date.

All services quoted do not include GST.

There are times we are working off site, if for any reason the workshop is closed up, this could mean we are attending a mobile job. Please give us a call if this is the case and we will make sure we can attend to your enquiry.

Please give 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period or no show, you will be charged 50% of your service and may be required to pay a deposit on rebooking your next appointment.

We understand that some truck companies are not able to travel to Tamworth to get their trucks detailed, therefore we offer the service of travelling to you if you have the capacity to provide an undercover area to work under. 

Travel costs do apply if you are further than 50kms from Tamworth and we charge 0.70c per km and any accommodation costs if required. These fees cover fuel and wages during travel.

Dylan has his MC Heavy Vehicle Licence, Car Licence & Bike Licence, therefore pick up and drop off of your vehicle is a service we provide. If you are wanting this service, please let us know when booking. 

We strive to provide the best quality products to our clients. Please store these products in areas out of sunlight below 30 degrees. All prices are inclusive of GST. If for any reason your product is fault or damaged, please contact us with details and photos.
